Even Australia. we do try to help around the world and give aid and stop killings. I hope that you never Have to see what I have seen and be in wars. I have seen so much and so many things that you will never know about. If you know how much the US has help and we get slap down for it. You saying your Howard is not under par and don't lie or cheat or others in your country? I think not. I go to Australia a lot. where it's a nice country just like the US it's not perfect, but I sure it does its best. Heather, "son" is not a put down, I guess I got us to calling the kids that when I was a DI ( read my profile and you know about it) Whoever you are :) OK Phil, the movie was not a bad movie. It had some truths, lies and some was in the gray area. but, Not a bad movie really. I do feel that you are a bit off mark. The US public have been fed lies, there is more than one article, movie, Opinion piece etc. about this. The US has been in a different conflict since 1977 up to the present date. How does that help solve problems and create peace? I can list the countries around the world that have "been helped" by the US. There has basically been a different country ever year. The fact is the US military is controlled by the Private sector, money is the bottom line. I have just watched a movie called,<a href="http://imdb.com/title/tt0436971/" rel="nofollow"> Why We Fight</a>. It has some words from Former president Eisenhower about the line that must be tread between the Military and other interests. It is well worth a look, i would like your opinion on the movie.
